1. Have you sold homes in my neighborhood before?
2. What skills do you possess that make you the right choice? Do you have examples of your marketing of other listings you can share?
3. Will the listing photos be taken by a professional real estate photographer?
4. Where will my home be marketed for sale other than on MLS?
5. What type of pro-active marketing do you do other than listing your property on-line?  Do you talk to other agents directly?
6. Do you have a plan for what to do if my home does not receive an offer?
7. How will you customize a marketing plan for my home and will you put it in writing? Do you hold open houses?
8. How many homes are on the market right now in my home’s price range?
9. What is my area’s average days on market and list to sale price ratio and what is yours?
