New Year – New Market
It was great to have saved so many clients money and help them achieve their dreams in 2014! 2015 is showing to be a very busy market! Rates are down and more buyers are entering the market place with new conventional loan programs with only a 3% down payment! More sellers are willing to put their homes on the market now that values are also in a slow rise! It will be a fantastic 2015 and we are happy to be a part of it! We ended our year with Benefit Realty’s 1st annual Christmas Party! Not all of our team could attend but it was a great get together. We are truly a team and love what we do!
